Dear friends, I hope this finds you well and sharing with me that positive feeling that Spring may just be around the corner! I love this time of the year- witnessing the tulips and daffodils starting to pop through the soil and the days starting to feel a little longer and brighter!

Dear friends, I hope this finds you well and having a lovely summer! I wanted to get in touch to give you a little update as I FINALLY have some exciting treatment news!! Since moving home from Wilmington to Joydens Wood back in 2022 I have missed having my own treatment space so much and connecting with and treating you, my lovely clients and friends, as much as I’d been able to previously… It’s been a busy couple of years developing our home and during this period continuing my role in Skin and Treatment Education at Liz Earle too. My kiddies are growing so fast as well -now 10 and 7 and I’m feeling like I just want time to slow down although I love how in the world of treatments, that really is the magic! I’ve so enjoyed connecting with as many of you as possible at the temporary location at the Pilates Studio in Bexley and I’ve been so grateful I’ve been able to have my little ‘pop up’ there, however I have news!! The Skin Cabin #2 is all ready and waiting for you and what a dream come true it feels! A slight twist to the cabin as my new space is a studio attached to our home, set in the heart of Joydens Wood. Created from scratch, I’ve been able to cherry-pick every detail to ensure it oozes a calm, nurturing, and soothing vibe- the perfect escape from our busy lives to restore, recharge and reset through the power of touch. Treatments are available to start booking now for September onwards- do click on the ‘Treatments’ tab to view my treatment menu. Feel free to send me a note for any more information or to simply say hello or if you need help or advice on choosing the best treatment/s to suit what you really need. I qualified in Rejuvology back in June and have been busy practising the treatment on friends and family in preparation for its launch in September and have fallen in love with the treatment. Rejuvology is a physical and holistic method of facial rejuvenation that integrates various disciplines to revitalise both your face and your emotional well-being. An update from me. Starting in the Autumn, I will be working from the gorgeous Pilates Body Studio in the heart of Bexley Village offering my Skin Cabin Wellness Facials and Bespoke Massage experiences as a ‘Pop Up’…before The Skin Cabin #2 evolution is underway at our new home/garden. I will be treating from Pilates Body Studio on specific dates. Please do take a peak at my menu on the Treatments Tab. If you would like to book in for one of the weekend dates, please do contact me ASAP as the spaces will be limited. To secure a slot, a deposit of £20 will be required on booking which will be redeemable against your treatment. I really hope this finds you keeping well and enjoying the gradual movement to lighter restrictions, sunnier weather and having the much needed face to face connections again with family and friends...

Ahead of treatments reopening in the cabin, I just wanted to share with you the safety and Covid-Secure measures I have in place; which have certainly become completely normal practice since the first return back to treatments in July last year.

I wanted to share a little on Milia; what they are, how to prevent them, how to soften them at home and also a few techniques I use in treatment to help get rid of them! Milia are those little white pearly bumps that can appear on the surface of your skin. It is a really popular skin query I get in the cabin, for help and advice on, and something I definitely can be prone to; mainly down to having a naturally drier skin type myself.
